Our healthcare assistants can help you be and feel part of the community again. They are able to:
- support with with social activities, such as going out for a walk, attending a day centre, visiting friends or family or going to church or a club you wish to attend
- companionship and supporting your independent living at home
- provide you with information on key events in the community
- help you organise your day and help with socialising
- try out new hobbies or engage with existing ones
