End of life care and palliative care at home, allows you to stay in the place you feel most comfortable, surrounded by your family and memories and the people who love you. We can supply healthcare assistants to:
- assist with personal care needs such as, bathing, dressing and toileting
- support you with pain management
- administering medication
- assist with cooking meals
- support you with continence care, whether its changing continence pads, managing a stoma or catheter
